Terms of Service

Before You Read the Fine Print
We sell shipping labels. The carrier moves the box.
You pay in crypto, we create the USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post label, and the carrier's own rules apply from there. You're responsible for what's inside the package and for the details you enter. The sections below spell that out, along with how refunds, carrier adjustments and liability work.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Bitcoin Shipping Labels website, services and apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Using Bitcoin Shipping Labels means you've read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. They apply to everyone who visits or uses the Service.
You must be at least 18. If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What the Service Does
Bitcoin Shipping Labels lets you buy shipping labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Canada Post and pay with cryptocurrency. That includes:
- Single labels and bulk label batches
- Address checks and rate comparison
- Crypto payment through a processor supporting 100+ currencies
- Label downloads for printing
- Optional accounts with order history and account credits
We sit between you and the carrier. The carrier transports the package, and its terms and conditions apply to your shipment as well as ours.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Paying in crypto
Prices show in US dollars and you pay the equivalent in the cryptocurrency you choose, at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Blockchain payments can't be reversed once sent, so check the amount and network before you confirm.
3.2 Pricing
Carriers set postage based on size, weight, origin, destination and service. Our price includes a service fee that covers running the platform. Prices can change without notice.
3.3 Refunds
Crypto payments and carrier labels don't allow automatic refunds, so we review each request individually:
- Unused labels: if the label hasn't been used and the carrier still lets us void it, we may refund you or add credit to your account.
- Used labels: once the carrier has scanned a label, it can't be refunded.
- Our technical failure: if your payment confirms but our system doesn't produce a label, we'll either finish the order or refund you.
To ask for a refund, email support@bitcoinshippinglabels.com with your order ID.
4. Your Responsibilities
When you use the Service, you agree to:
- Enter accurate, complete shipping details
- Follow carrier packaging rules and prohibited-item lists
- Use the real weight and dimensions of the packed box
- Pack items well enough to survive transit
- Ship only items that are legal where they start and where they end up
- Follow all customs, import and export rules
You alone are responsible for the contents, accuracy, packaging, legality, classification, declared value, customs information and destination eligibility of every shipment you create with the Service. You agree to follow the rules, privacy policies, acceptable-use policies, prohibited-item lists and shipping guidelines of the carrier handling your shipment, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post. We follow carrier requirements when creating labels and expect every customer to do the same. We aren't liable for shipments that break carrier policies, customs rules, sanctions, import or export restrictions, or the law.
Don't use the Service for prohibited, restricted, misdeclared, fraudulent, unsafe or illegal items. You're responsible for any carrier fees, penalties, return charges, seizures, losses, claims, disputes, account impacts, chargebacks, carrier investigations or other costs that come from your shipment, its contents, your declarations, your address information, or misuse of a label.
4.1 You control what's in the package
We don't pack, seal, inspect, store, pick up, open, screen or physically handle packages. We rely completely on the details you give us when a label is created. Because the contents stay in your hands, you take full responsibility for what goes in each parcel and whether it can travel with the chosen carrier, service, origin country, destination country and route.
A rate quote, a purchased label, a tracking number, an address check or a successful payment does not mean your item is approved to ship. The carrier, along with any postal, customs or border authority along the way, decides on acceptance, customs clearance, delivery, returns and surcharges. If a carrier refuses, delays, returns, disposes of, destroys, restricts or adds fees to a shipment, that risk is yours, unless our own technical error was the only cause.
4.2 Prohibited and restricted use
You can't use the Service to ship anything banned by the chosen carrier, postal rules, aviation safety rules, import or export rules, sanctions, hazardous-materials rules, customs requirements, destination restrictions, payment-network rules or these Terms. Some restricted items need special packaging, markings, paperwork, declarations, permits, carrier pre-approval, adult signature, temperature control, quantity limits or other conditions. Checking those requirements before you buy a label is your job.
You can't misstate item descriptions, values, quantities, weights, dimensions, sender or recipient details, customs codes, contents type, country of origin, export reason, signature requirements, delivery instructions or any other label field. You also can't split shipments, alter or reuse labels, cover barcodes, manipulate addresses, redirect packages misleadingly, or use the Service to get around carrier rules, carrier billing, customs rules, account limits, fraud controls or safety requirements.
4.3 What you confirm when you buy a label
Creating or buying a label means you confirm the shipment details are true, complete and current, and that you're authorized to send the package. You also confirm the shipment follows the carrier terms linked above, the carrier privacy policies linked in our Privacy Policy, and any carrier instructions shown at checkout or during label creation. If you ship for a business, client, customer, friend or anyone else, you're still responsible for making sure that shipment follows these Terms.
5. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you open one:
- Keep your login details private
- You're responsible for everything done under your account
- Tell us if you spot anyone else using it
Guests get a recovery code for each order. Keep it somewhere safe, because it's the only way to pull up that order's details later.
6. Labels & Carrier Terms
When you buy a label through the Service:
- You form a separate agreement with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post)
- The carrier's terms of service, conditions of carriage and prohibited-item lists apply
- The carrier is responsible for transporting and delivering the package
- Claims for lost, damaged or late packages go to the carrier
- Carrier surcharges, customs duties and dimensional-weight adjustments are yours to pay
We work to show accurate rate quotes, but the carrier sets the final cost and can adjust it after measuring the package. Bitcoin Shipping Labels is a label generation platform, not a carrier. We don't handle, transport or inspect packages, and we bear no responsibility for shipment contents, delivery outcomes or carrier-imposed penalties.
We may refuse, cancel, void, suspend or decline any order that looks inconsistent with carrier rules, platform rules, payment integrity, destination restrictions, customs requirements or safe use of the Service. We may also take part in carrier audits, billing reviews, delivery disputes, package intercepts, claims, address corrections and other carrier-required reviews when needed to keep labels valid and accounts in good standing.
6.1 The carrier's rules win
Carrier rules govern handling, acceptance, transit, delivery, returns, surcharges, insurance, claims and disputes for every package. We help you buy a label; we can't override what the carrier requires. If a rate estimate, product description, checkout screen, support message or anything on this website conflicts with the carrier's final rule or decision, the carrier's rule or decision controls the shipment.
Carriers can weigh and measure packages after they accept them. They may re-rate a shipment or add dimensional-weight, residential, remote-area, address-correction, fuel, handling, return, customs, brokerage, storage, intercept, pickup or other fees, and those fees are your responsibility. We may pass those charges on to you, take them from your available credits, ask you to reimburse us, suspend access, or decline future labels until the balance is paid.
6.2 Order reviews and account protection
To protect carrier accounts and keep the Service running, we may review orders for obvious inconsistencies, repeated failures, unpaid adjustments, invalid addresses, suspicious patterns, excessive voids, carrier complaints, payment mismatches, chargebacks, unsupported destinations, customs-data problems or other operational risks. A review doesn't mean we inspect packages or guarantee compliance. It means we can stop labels that cause account, billing, safety or carrier reliability problems.
We may limit quantities, ask for corrected shipment details or extra confirmation, void unused labels, disable accounts, restrict carriers or service levels, remove access to bulk tools, hold support requests for review, or refuse future orders when needed to protect the Service, our carrier relationships, our payment processors, other customers, or reliable label generation.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bitcoin Shipping Labels, its owners, operators, vendors, payment processors and service providers from any claim, loss, liability, penalty, fee, damage, cost or expense arising from your use of the Service, your shipment contents, inaccurate shipment information, carrier-rule violations, customs or sanctions issues, payment disputes, misuse of labels, or violation of these Terms.
That covers carrier adjustments, account penalties, return charges, seizure-related costs, storage charges, chargebacks, payment reversals, processor fees, customs assessments, brokerage charges, administrative expenses, support costs, and reasonable professional fees caused by your shipment, your customer, your recipient, your package contents or information you provided. This obligation continues after a label is delivered, voided, refunded, returned or disputed, and after your account is closed.
8. Limits of the Service
- Bitcoin Shipping Labels provides the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
- We work hard to keep the Service up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
- We aren't responsible for what carriers do, including lost, damaged or late packages.
- We aren't responsible for crypto price movements or blockchain network problems.
8.1 No guarantee of acceptance or delivery
We don't guarantee that any carrier will accept, transport, clear, insure, deliver, return or refund a shipment. Delivery dates, transit times, rate availability, tracking scans, service names and cost estimates come from carriers or carrier-connected systems and can change. Missing, late or wrong scans, outages, weather, routing problems, customs delays, labor disruptions and other carrier failures are outside our control.
8.2 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Shipping Labels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-business, lost-data, replacement-goods, carrier-account, customs, delivery, seizure, delay, or package-content damages arising from the Service or any shipment. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the service fee we received for the affected label, excluding carrier postage, carrier charges, taxes, duties, surcharges, payment fees, and third-party costs.
8.3 Not professional advice
Website content, support replies, carrier notes, customs suggestions, package presets and label tools are there for convenience. They aren't legal, customs, tax, regulatory, insurance, hazardous-materials, import/export or carrier-compliance advice. If your shipment, industry, item, destination or use case calls for professional advice, getting it is up to you.
9. Account Credits, Adjustments & Chargebacks
If a carrier adjusts your shipment after purchase, you owe the difference, no matter whether the label was bought earlier, paid in crypto, funded by account credit, created as a guest, or made through a bulk or merchant workflow. We may collect unpaid adjustments from account credits, future payments, direct reimbursement, or by restricting service.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, underpayments, duplicate refund requests, processor reversals or unpaid carrier adjustments can lead to label cancellation, loss of account privileges, refusal of future orders, slower support, or recovery of what's owed. Getting a refund doesn't cancel your responsibility for later carrier charges on the same shipment.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality belong to Bitcoin Shipping Labels and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
