Do I need an account?

No. You can ship as a guest. An account is only useful if you want saved credits, order history and faster repeat checkouts.

What size paper do I need?

Labels come as a 4x6 PDF. Thermal printer, regular inkjet, doesn't matter — print it, cut it out, tape it on. Just make sure the barcode is crisp and not stretched.

What's the difference between Multi-Ship and a single label?

Multi-Ship is the same form, just repeated. You enter each package one after another — up to 10 — then pay once for the whole group. You get every label back together instead of doing 10 separate checkouts.

Can each package use a different carrier?

Yes. Package one can go USPS, package two can go FedEx. Each shipment is priced on its own, then added into one total.

Can I use the same sender address for all of them?

Yes, your "from" address carries over so you only type it once. Recipients change per package.

You get each label individually, plus the option to download them merged into one file so you can print the whole batch in a single job.

How does Bulk CSV work, in plain terms?

You export your orders to a spreadsheet — names, addresses, weights, box sizes. You upload it on the Bulk page. We check every row, tell you which ones have problems, price them all, and show you one total. You pay once and every label comes back in a single downloadable file.

What if a few rows are wrong?

We flag them before you pay. Bad ZIP code, missing weight, address that doesn't exist — you'll see it listed with the row number so you can fix it and re-upload. We don't quietly buy a broken label.

How big can a batch be?

We keep batches at roughly 50 labels at a time so nothing times out mid-purchase. Bigger jobs get split into multiple batches, which also means one hiccup never risks the whole upload.

What columns does my file need?

The Bulk page shows a downloadable template with the exact column names. Easiest path: download it, paste your data in, upload. You can also map your own column names to ours if your store exports differently.

You're already on commercial rates, which beat walking into the post office. Bulk saves you time and network fees more than anything — one crypto payment instead of fifty.

Do my credits ever expire?

Never. Credits sit in your account until you spend them. There's no monthly decay, no expiry date, no "use it or lose it."

What happens if Bitcoin's price moves after I fund my account?

Nothing. Your credits are locked in as US dollars at the moment your payment lands. If you send $500 worth of BTC, you have $500 in credits — whether BTC doubles or drops next week.

What if I refund a label?

Refunds come back as credits on your account: instantly for Trusted Partners, and usually the same day when support handles it. Either way you can buy the corrected label right away.

Which coins can I pay with?

Over 100 — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, Solana, Dogecoin, XRP, USDT and a long tail of others. Most competitors take three or four.

Which coin should I actually use?

Whichever has the cheapest network fee at that moment. Litecoin and USDT (TRC-20) are usually pennies. Bitcoin's base layer can spike to real money during busy periods — that fee goes to miners, not us.

We release the order as long as you've covered essentially the full amount, so small rate wobbles during checkout don't strand your payment. Big shortfalls sit as pending until topped up, and we'll help you sort it.

No. No ID, no phone number, no KYC. An email is only used so we can send your label and help you if something goes wrong.

For light US packages under about 2 lb, USPS almost always wins. Heavier boxes usually swing to UPS or FedEx Ground. Overseas, DHL Express is often the best mix of price and speed. Inside Canada, Canada Post.

How heavy can my package be?

USPS goes up to 70 lb, UPS and FedEx to 150 lb, DHL to about 154 lb, Canada Post to roughly 66 lb on most services. Weigh it honestly — guessing low gets packages returned or billed back.

Who pays the import duties?

It depends on the service. Some routes we quote include duties and taxes so your recipient isn't hit with a surprise bill; others are delivered duty-unpaid and the recipient settles it. The checkout tells you which one you're buying.

Can a driver pick it up instead of me dropping it off?

Yes — you can request a pickup during checkout on supported carriers, and we schedule it after payment. Otherwise, any post office, drop box or carrier counter works.

I bought the wrong label. Can I get my money back?

Yes, as long as it was never used. Trusted Partners refund it instantly themselves from the Refunds tab in their account, and the credits are back right away. Not a Trusted Partner? Just reach out to support with the tracking number and we'll void it with the carrier and put the amount back on your account as credits. Ask as soon as you know, because carriers only accept refunds for a limited time.

The address on my label is wrong and it's already moving.

Tell us immediately. Before the carrier picks it up we can usually void and re-issue. Once it's in transit, corrections and intercepts have to be handled through the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

My package is lost or damaged. Now what?

Carriers handle claims, and we'll hand you the paperwork and documentation you need to file. We're a label platform, not the carrier — we can't deliver your box for them, but we will fight the paperwork with you.

Yes. Labels are PDFs — AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, or email it to yourself and print later. USPS labels can also be shown as a QR code at the counter so the post office prints it for you.
