General Notes
• Weight is always in ounces (oz). 1 lb = 16 oz.
• Dimensions (Length, Width, Height) are in inches.
• Country must be a 2-letter ISO code (US, CA, DE, GB, etc.).
• Phone & Email are required for ALL carriers to prevent label creation failures.
• Carrier & Service columns are optional — leave blank to rate-shop all carriers. Accepted carriers are USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post. UPS is not available for bulk shipping — rows with UPS will be flagged as errors.
• Package Type is optional and USPS-only. Add a package_type column and enter the Flat Rate container you're shipping in — Flat Rate Envelope, Legal Flat Rate Envelope, Padded Flat Rate Envelope, Small Flat Rate Envelope, Window Flat Rate Envelope, Small Flat Rate Box, Medium Flat Rate Box, or Large Flat Rate Box. Leave it blank (or omit the column) for normal weight-and-zone pricing.
• Flat Rate rows still need Weight and Length/Width/Height — enter the real weight and the box's own dimensions. The dimensions confirm which container you mean; USPS prices the row at the flat rate regardless of them, up to 70 lbs.
• Flat Rate is US → US only and cannot be combined with another carrier in the same row.
• Reference is optional and prints directly on USPS and FedEx labels — put your PO number, order ID, or customer name in the reference column. Max 30 characters. FedEx prints it as CUST REF with a scannable barcode; USPS prints the text above the tracking barcode. DHL and Canada Post accept the column for your own records but do not print it.

Follow these steps to process your bulk shipments
Don't stress about mistakes. Our two-tier validation system checks every row before any label is purchased. If something's off — a missing field, a bad address, a formatting issue — you'll see exactly what needs fixing and can correct it right on the spot. No bad labels, no wasted money.
Upload your CSV or Excel file containing shipping information. Maximum 50 shipments per file.
This is incredibly important if you want your package to arrive on time and intact.
Weight (oz) plus length, width and height are required on every row, Flat Rate or not. To use a USPS Flat Rate container, fill the package_type column with the exact container name — e.g. Medium Flat Rate Box, Small Flat Rate Box, Padded Flat Rate Envelope. Leave it blank for normal weight-and-zone pricing.
Need your PO or order number printed on the label? Fill the reference column (max 30 characters). It prints on USPS and FedEx labels — FedEx shows it as CUST REF with a barcode, USPS prints the text above the tracking barcode.
Accepted carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post. UPS is not available for bulk shipping.
